Therapy & Counseling Services
A calm space to talk, reflect, and feel supported
Therapy offers a place to slow down and make sense of what you’re carrying. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or simply disconnected from yourself, therapy can help you feel more grounded and supported in daily life.
You don’t need to have a clear goal or know exactly what you want to work on. We begin with what feels most present for you.
Individual Therapy
I offer one-to-one therapy for adults in a confidential, supportive setting. This space is for you if you’re:
Feeling anxious, on edge, or constantly overthinking
Experiencing burnout or emotional exhaustion
Struggling with self-criticism or low self-worth
Finding relationships challenging or emotionally draining
Navigating life changes, identity shifts, or motherhood
Feeling disconnected, stuck, or unsure of yourself
Therapy with me is collaborative and gentle. There’s no pressure to talk about anything before you’re ready. Some sessions may feel reflective and quiet, while others may feel clarifying or emotionally releasing.
My Approach
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Our sessions are shaped around your experiences, your pace, and what feels right for you.
I work in a way that is:
Compassionate and non-judgemental
Trauma-aware and emotionally safe
Practical as well as reflective
Focused on understanding, not “fixing” you
You’re not broken. Something in you is responding to life, and together we’ll explore that with care.
What a Typical Session Looks Like
Sessions are a calm, confidential space where you’re encouraged to speak openly and honestly.
Each session lasts 45-50 minutes and may involve:
Talking through current thoughts and feelings
Reflecting on patterns or recent experiences
Pausing to notice emotional or bodily responses
Exploring tools to help you feel more grounded
Some weeks you may come with lots to say. Other weeks you may feel quieter or unsure. Both are welcome.
Online & In-Person Therapy
I offer online sessions, making therapy accessible and flexible around your life.
Whether you’re fitting sessions around work, family, or simply need the comfort of your own space, we’ll find something that works for you.
If you’re considering therapy, you don’t need to be certain or ready to commit long-term.
A free consultation offers a chance to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and see whether it feels like the right fit for you.
You’re very welcome to reach out when it feels right.
